Thank you for purchasing from EcomDrvn.
EcomDrvn sells digital educational products, including the EcomDrvn Ultimate Bundle, which may include an e-commerce blueprint, implementation checklist, ChatGPT prompt pack and related digital resources.
Because our products are delivered digitally, the following policy applies.
Digital Products
All EcomDrvn products are digital products. No physical goods are shipped.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital product may be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or through the digital delivery method used by EcomDrvn.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, EcomDrvn does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges after purchase.
Once digital access or delivery has been provided, we generally cannot accept a product back in the same way that a physical product can be returned.
We therefore do not provide refunds simply because you:

decided that e-commerce is not suitable for you;

Business and Financial Results
EcomDrvn provides educational information intended to help customers understand how to set up and operate an e-commerce store, particularly for the South African market.
EcomDrvn does not guarantee financial returns, sales, profits, customers, revenue or any particular business result.
Results vary from person to person and may depend on factors including individual effort, implementation, available budget, product selection, marketing, advertising, competition, demand, market conditions and other factors outside EcomDrvn's control.
A customer not achieving a particular financial or business result is therefore not, by itself, a basis for a refund.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
Where applicable law gives a consumer a right to a refund, cancellation, remedy or other protection, that right will apply notwithstanding this policy.
